Shipping Coverage

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and recognized U.S. public holidays. We do not ship on weekends or official holidays.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
  • United States: 7–14 business days
  • International destinations: 10–25 business days

    Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs clearance, local carrier delays, seasonal surges or unexpected logistics disruptions.

Customs & Import Duties

Buyers are responsible for any local import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees or brokerage charges that may apply in their country or territory. We cannot predict or cover these charges.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier link so you can monitor delivery progress.

Undeliverable / Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal of delivery or failed delivery attempts, the buyer remains responsible for applicable return logistics costs. We will only reship after additional shipping fees are settled.
